Memtest86+ USB Installer ©2010 Lance http://www.pendrivelinux.com (created for Memtest86+ http://www.memtest.org/ per Samuel DEMEULEMEESTER's request) and offered under GNU GPL License - see Copying

Background of Memtest86+ USB Installer:

Memtest86+ USB Installer is a script that uses NSIS to automate the creation of a bootable Memtest86+ USB Flash Drive. Memtest86+ can be used to test your system memory for errors. It utilizes Syslinux to make the drive bootable. Memtest86+ is an open source Advanced Memory Testing Tool that can offically be found at http://www.memtest.org/.

Credits, Resources, and Tools used:

For the unmodified binaries, I have gathered corresponding source code and, included these sources in the Memtest86+USB-Installer-Src.zip.

* Syslinux ©1994-2009 H. Peter Anvin http://syslinux.zytor.com (unmodified binary used)

* Memtest86+ ©Samuel DEMEULEMEESTER http://www.memtest.org (unmodified binary used)

* NSIS Installer ©1995-2009 Contributors http://nsis.sourceforge.net (needed to compile the MultiBootISOs.nsi script)
NSIS is the easiest method I could find to automate the creation process, aside from batch installers which we have moved away from.

* Memtest86+USB-Installer.nsi was originally based on Cedric Tissieres's Tazusb.exe for Slitaz (slitaz@objectif-securite.ch) and the USB Boot Tester offered on http://www.pendrivelinux.com
